Attorney Jen Stair is a trusted advisor to labor unions, their officers, and members. She counsels them on a wide range of matters, including contract negotiations, grievance handling and arbitration, organizing campgains, and internal union governance. Jen represents both private and public sector unions. While most of her clients are based in the greater Baltimore area, she also works with union clients that have a national presence. Jen's practice involves counseling in matters related to the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Maryland Wage Payment & Collection Act.
