Jennifer L. Stair's practice focuses primarily in the area of employment and labor law. Ms. Stair represents private and public sector unions and individuals in wrongful termination disputes and counseling. Ms. Stair works closely with clients to protect their rights with respect to workplace law. While most of her clients are based in the greater Baltimore area, she also has worked with union clients that have a national presence. Ms. Stair's practice involves counseling in matters related to the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Maryland Wage Payment & Collection Act.
